West Ryde Physio requires new participants to have an assessment before joining the class.
Our physio will conduct a short assessment to learn more about your health, strengths and weaknesses.
This assessment is especially important for people with previous injuries or who currently experience pain.
The assessment provides the physio with necessary information to design routines to help you achieve your goal and avoid injury.
West Ryde Physio will also provide introductory stretching and exercises.
Some private health funds require an assessment for participants claiming group therapy.
The Pilates assessment is charged as a normal physio treatment (item #500). If you have private health care, you can claim this immediately.
Pilates classes $38 per session. We do ask our participants to commit to the number of sessions in a term that they are joining to get the full benefit of Pilates.
We provide itemised receipt at the end of each term for claiming of Private Health fund rebate if you are covered by Group Therapy item number 560.
