Pilates with a physio
All classes are led by physiotherapists. This means that you will have an injury minded professional to guide you through your exercises.
We offer small group or individual sessions. There are no more than 6 participants in each class so that we can offer you a highly tailored exercise routine.
During your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will assess your medical history, your mobility and your level of strength. This will allow to design a program suited to your needs, aiming at recovering your full function after an injury, or improving your strength for better sports performance.

Join our specialised specialised Pregnancy Pilates for a fun and safe workout. One of the best form of exercise for pregnant women.
All pre and post-natal classes are lead by physiotherapists trained in Women's Health.
All new participant will need an assessment by our physiotherapist.
The post natal classes are suitable to mothers who had a C-section or a vaginal delivery, after the 6 weeks check.
You will learn how to recover and improve your pelvic floor and abdominal function, return safely to exercise and get your strong body back. For more information on our 6 weeks post-natal programs email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
The classes are run during the school term so Pilates terms may vary from 9 to 11 weeks.
Each participant must book in for a Your commitment is for at least one session per week during the school term.
