GENERAL PILATES

Mondays, Fridays
9.30am – 10:30am

Tuesdays
10am – 11am

Wednesdays & Thursdays
5pm – 6pm

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
6pm – 7pm

Tuesdays & Wednesdays
7pm – 8pm

Both men and women can enjoy this class that aims to strengthen and tone.

Classes are taught by Annie, Heather and Ozlem.

HEALTHY BALANCE pilates

Mondays
10:30am – 11:30am

Our Healthy Balance Pilates group uses a holistic approach to improve posture, stretch your muscles and relax your whole body. It’s suitable for both men and women.

Classes are taught by Annie.

MUM & BUB pilates

Tuesdays
11am – 12pm

This small and peaceful Pilates group is specially designed for new mums. Strengthen your core muscles and pelvic floor, improve back and neck strength, and learn relaxation techniques. Your baby is welcome to lie on a mat or in a pram nearby.

Classes are taught by Annie.

pregnancy pilates

Our pre-natal Pilates group helps improve the strength and function of your pelvic floor and core muscles as your body grows. It’s a fun and safe workout.
