Pilates with a physio

All classes are led by physiotherapists. This means that you will have an injury minded professional to guide you through your exercises.

We offer small group or individual sessions. There are no more than 6 participants in each class so that we can offer you a highly tailored exercise  routine.

During your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will assess your medical history, your mobility and your level of strength. This will allow to design a program suited to your needs, aiming at recovering your full function after an injury, or improving your strength for better sports performance.

Our classes aim to:

  • Strengthen and balance the body after injury
  • Relieve chronic pain
  • Improve bone density
  • Improve pelvic floor function
  • Enhance sports performance
  • Improve posture, alignement, flexibility
  • Relax and de-stress
